Creating & Canceling Subscriptions
To create a subscription to the World's Strongest Coffee you will first:...
- Choose the eligible subscription items you'd like to order. This can be done on our home page, or within the Coffee Collections page. At this time, merchandise items and seasonal products are not eligible subscription options.
- Select between whole bean, ground, or 10, 20 and 50 counts (when ordering single-serve pods).
- Click the button beneath 1-time purchase that says: Sign Up For Coffee Subscription & Save 10%
- Then, click the drop-down tile to select your shipping frequency. *NOTE* Your subscription will begin on the day you create the order and follow the interval or, frequency in which you've selected.
- Lastly, click the red Sign up For Subscription button to confirm and you will see your cart overview. At that time, you can go back to the website and add on any other items you wish to purchase.
To cancel your subscription:
- Click Login, located at the top of the home page. Enter the email address you used to create the subscription & that you frequently use to place orders.
- Once you're signed in, on the following page select Manage Subscription
- Off to the right, you'll see the options to Edit or Cancel. Select Cancel. (Be sure to cancel all items under your subscription, including freebies).
- Upon selecting this option, you'll be then asked to let us know why you've decided to cancel, with several options to choose from, or you can leave us a note.
- Confirm cancellation.
