What is a Prepay Subscription?
One payment, three deliveries. With a Prepay Subscription, your roast of choice will be delivered to your door monthly for a total of three months each time you renew your subscription. You don't have to worry about recurring payments, as you're charged once at time of purchase for your three deliveries.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew after 90 days, billed as one payment to satisfy your cravings for another three month period.
What are the benefits of a Prepay Subscription?
Being a coffee subscriber just got even better, In addition to 20% off your roast of choice, our Prepay Subscription offers the same benefits as our traditional coffee subscription including free shipping, subscriber-only access to new releases and flexible ordering you can pause or cancel at any time.
Can I change my subscription roast?
Unfortunately, prepaid subscriptions cannot be adjusted. You cannot swap your selection for another roast, however you can do this with a recurring subscription with us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription log in to your account, navigate to “Subscriptions” and select “Cancel”.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, any outstanding deliveries will be cancelled and you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of shipments yet to be delivered. For example, if you’ve received 2 out of your 3 deliveries you will be issued a 33% refund.
