- Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win our “Costo Membership Giveaway” giveaway from Monday, October through Sunday, October 15, 2023.
- To enter this sweepstakes, sign up for Death Wish Coffee emails and/or SMS text messaging (standard rates apply) with a verified email address and/or phone number. One (1) sign-up is equal to one (1) entry. You may only enter once.

- Prizes: Fifty (50) randomly drawn winners will receive a free 1-year Costco Gold Star Membership, or the equivalent monetary value to renew or upgrade their existing Costco membership.
- Alternative method of entry — No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your likelihood of winning. +
- Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
- Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected by random drawing on October 19, 2023. The winners will be contacted by the Death Wish Coffee team to select their coffee choices and to send out prizes.
- The retail value of one (1) prize is $60.
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.
- Void Where Prohibited by Law
- Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
- Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
