1. Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win our “Back to School” giveaway on Saturday, August 26, 2023. 
2. To enter this sweepstakes, simply place an order on www.deathwishcoffee.com between 12 AM EST an 11:59 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, August 26, 2023. 
3. Prizes: Five (5) randomly drawn winners will receive one (1) Keurig®  K-Mini®  Single Serve Coffee Maker, one (1) Death Wish Coffee Klean Kanteen, and fifty (50) Death Cups of their choice. Additionally,  
4. Chosen coffee must be single-serve coffee pod products that are currently available for purchase on www.deathwishcoffee.com 
5. Chosen coffee must add up to fifty (50) single-serve coffee pods total. 
6. No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry must be postmarked for Saturday, August 26, 2023  for consideration. Entrant must pay for postage.  

1. Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.   
2. Selection of Winners: The winners will be selected by random drawing on Thursday, August 31. The winners will be contacted by the Death Wish Coffee team to select their coffee choices and to send out prizes.  
3. The retail value of one (1) prize is $200. 
4. Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.   
5. Void Where Prohibited by Law   
6. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.   
7. Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.   
8. Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.   
9. Sweepstakes rules can be changed and updated without notice. Sweepstakes participants are responsible for checking the site for changes, and should review the rules prior to each submission.
