armed_forces.jpgFAQ.jpg

First and foremost, from all of us here at DWCC, we would like to sincerely say Thank You for your services. Service members and veterans alike deserve a strong brew.

We receive inquiries every day regarding orders heading to members of our Armed Forces.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we've received.

Do you offer a military discount?

While we can't hook everyone up as much as we'd like to, we do offer a 15 percent military discount to all service members and veterans. Just use discount code MILITARY in the discount codes section of check out, and you’ll see those savings.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?

We ship to APO/FPO addresses with no additional costs! When entering your shipping address, be sure to include the unit, hull and/or box numbers, for APO/FPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering any foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO shipping addresses.

Follow these guidelines for a safe and sound delivery:

  • The City is entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
  • In the State drop-down menu, select the suitable option of Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE) or Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
  • The country must be United States.
  • You must enter your zip code.
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

If you are shipping a package to someone other than yourself, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information.

Do you charge additional fees to ship to APO/FPO’s?

We proudly ship to Armed Forces addresses, and will not charge any shipping fees in addition to our regular rates to make it happen. All charges coming directly from us here at DWCC are reflected in the total at the point of sale. All APO/FPO addresses will be charged our regular domestic flat-rate shipping cost of $6.00 USD. If you spend over $50 USD, we’ll hook you up with free shipping! If for any reason your shipping costs are listed as more, double-check that all of the details of your address have been entered in the correct field.
