Shipping Delay Update (11/11/20)

Greetings my caffeinated friends!

We know it has been a tumultuous time for everyone these past 7 months or so and I first wanted to start by thanking you all for your patience through all of the changes and hurdles we've come across. With the number of COVID-19 cases rising again and weather causing some uncertainty as well, we have been informed by all of our shipping partners that we should expect some shipping delays as we move forward into the holiday season.   

We have been monitoring the pandemic and its effects very closely and we want to ensure our customers we are doing everything in our control to help stop the spread while getting your orders shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

  

Where is my order? 

If you have experienced any delays in receiving your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update. We have been told by our mail carriers (DHL, USPS, and UPS alike) to expect delays of 2-5 business days on top of the standard shipping times. If you have placed your order and have not received a shipping confirmation update within 1-2 business days, feel free to reach out to our customer service representatives and we will be happy to help! We can be reached at hey@deathwishcoffee.com and are here to help Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm ET.  

  

Expedited Shipping Too? 

We have been told that expedited shipping options may be impacted by these delays as well, but we will continue to offer these options for our customers. If anything should go wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will be happy to help.  

  

What About Subscription Orders? 

We expect that all orders will be impacted by these delays. However, if you would like us to process your subscription early to help mitigate any time spent without your caffeine fix, feel to drop us a line and we will be happy to move your subscription date up to a sooner date or back to a later date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

When Will My Order Ship? 

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and usually have all orders from the previous day shipped out by 12pm ET the next business day. That means if you place an order on Monday at 1pm, it will not be shipped out until Tuesday by 12pm. If an order is placed on Friday after 12pm, it will not be fulfilled and shipped until the following Monday. These timeframes are only estimates and while we will do our best to get orders shipped out in a timely manner, please understand that delays are possible. This fulfillment schedule is helping our fulfillment team to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly and as safely as possible.  

  

Quality Control and Safety 

We are meeting and at times exceeding the expectations set by the FDA which are in line with the guidelines the CDC recommends for businesses at this time. As an SQF and USDA Organic certified facility, we follow strict cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure that we are providing the safest product possible. We are behaving responsibly for our employees, our customers, and our community to keep everyone as safe as possible.
