- Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win one (1) custom-made “Holy Puck” Golden Ticket mug during Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
- "Game 5” is defined as starting during pre-game activities at 7 PM EST on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 and ending at the end of the game (end of third period or end of overtime when a winner is determined).
- To enter this sweepstake, simply place an order on www.deathwishcoffee.com between 7 PM EST and the end of the third period on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
- Prizes: One (1) randomly drawn winner will receive one (1) “Holy Puck” Golden Ticket Mug. Additionally, the first 500 orders during the game will receive a free hockey sticker in their order.
- No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Alternative Entry Method: An individual may enter this sweepstake by emailing contests@deathwishcoffee.com between 7 PM EST and the end of the period during Game 5 on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Limit of one entry per email address. The email must contain name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
- Selection of Winners: The winners will be selected by random drawing on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. The winner will receive their winning prize in a separate shipment. Winners will not be notified until a shipment arrives at their door.
- The retail value of the one (1) “Holy Puck” mug prize is $48. Prize will be shipped by Tuesday, June 13, 2023
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.
- Void Where Prohibited by Law
- Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
- Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
