Performance Enhancing Coffee Contest Terms
- Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win our “Performance Enhancing Coffee” giveaway, happening Thursday, October 26 through Friday, November 17 (ends 11:59 PM EST).
- To enter this sweepstakes, fill out the form on https://www.deathwishcoffee.com/pages/performance-enhancing-coffee and guess who are three (3) anonymous athletes are for the 2023 NCAA collegiate football season. The form must also include a legitimate name and email address to be considered for entry.
- Prizes: The first five (5) people to correctly guess all three (3) of our sponsored athletes will receive a year’s worth of Death Wish Coffee. This is defined as:
- 2 lbs of coffee delivered each month OR
- 20 single-serve coffee pods delivered each month
- Chosen coffee must be subscription eligible coffee products that are available for purchase on www.deathwishcoffee.com
- Chosen coffee will be delivered monthly through November 2024
- No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
- Selection of Winners: The first five (5) people to correctly guess all three sponsored athletes will be contacted by a Death Wish Coffee Co. employee to claim their prizes. Winners must correctly guess the names and schools of all three anonymous athletes. Winners must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement stating that they will not reveal the names of the anonymous athletes.
- The retail value of one (1) prize is $400.
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.
- Void Where Prohibited by Law
- Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
- Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
- Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
- Sweepstakes rules can be changed and updated without notice. Sweepstakes participants are responsible for checking the site for changes, and should review the rules prior to each submission.
